Abdul is a realtor who is capable of fulfilling his role from A to Z. I cannot think of anything he could have done differently throughout the sale process of my unit. He was readily available to communicate with me as well as the buyers' agents, very up to date with the current market, and had great strategies to make our unit appealing to potential buyers. I think his honest opinions are what makes him an amazing realtor. He wasn't the realtor who just agrees with the client to avoid conflict. He gave his objective professional advice every time. He wasn't just trying to sell the property quickly for his gains, he was trying to get the best outcome for me. Meeting Abdul through his previous workplace and knowing his personality and work ethics, I knew he would excel at his new role as a realtor. Luckily, he was available to be my realtor at the time and I hope he will be for my future purchases and sales as well.
