As first-time home buyer’s Abdul made buying a home super easy for us! From the beginning, his communication skills were excellent and listened to our needs when looking for a home for us. He got us started and helped us create a short-list of homes to go visit. He was very professional and punctual when it came to going to open houses with us and made sure he came prepared with all the summary sheets and prior research on the properties we were visiting. When it came down to submitting an offer for a condo he was great with negotiating a great price for us under asking price. On top of that after doing our inspection, we noticed some stuff needed replacing, Abdul helped us negotiate a credit on top of that and ensured that we had everything taken care of.
